Park Sang Sun e' nata il 9 agosto 1974, si e' laureata in Visual Design e ha debuttato nel 1997 con Broken Toy, con il quale ha vinto un premio nell'Issue and White Super Manga Contest.
La sua opera piu' famosa, oltre a The Tarot Cafe, e' iniziata nel 2000 e si intitola "Les Bijoux". I suoi fumetti vengono pubblicati con successo anche in America e in altri paesi europei.
